Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 1k11 online gaming platform accessible at https://1k11.pro ("Platform"). Account Registration and Security

• You must not share your account with any other person. Account sharing — including sharing login details with family members — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

1k11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows evidence of suspicious activity, multiple account registration, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1k11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Supported methods may change and you should check the Platform's cashier section for the current list.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your account and that is registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. If an active bonus is attached to your account, the bonus terms must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

1k11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion have a monetary value per spin as stated in the relevant offer terms. Any winnings generated from free spins are treated as bonus funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

1k11 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from the Platform:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or systematically exploit bonus offers.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods including use of stolen card details, mobile wallets not registered in your name, or any payment method that does not belong to you.

• Any activity that 1k11 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

Where 1k11 reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, we reserve the right to void bets, suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where we are legally obliged to do so. Any final balance remaining in a suspended account will be dealt with in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

1k11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements.
